We work with leading global companies and institutions across industries to solve complex water, sustainability, and risk challenges. Below is a selection of recent projects that highlight our expertise, impact, and approach.

We were the technical lead in a wider team, creating consistent, traceable water-footprint metrics for the brand’s private-label textile suppliers—giving procurement a clear line of sight to where interventions would matter most.

We were the technical lead in a wider team, creating a worldwide water inventory for both owned and third-party data centers. It gave the client one reporting standard and clear efficiency opportunities by climate, cooling approach, and facility size.

We acted as technical lead in a wider team to develop a “true cost of water” approach across 600+ sites, tying local water risk to real financial impact. It helped leaders pick the right investments, improve operations, and factor water risk into everyday choices.

Within a larger consortium, we led the technical workstream to set SBTN-aligned, context-based targets across 1,000+ suppliers, producing basin-level pathways that calibrate ambition to feasibility and supplier readiness.

As part of a broader team, we acted as technical lead to evaluate source water risk for a portfolio of high-risk bottling operations. We assessed catchment availability under climate scenarios, service-provider reliability, and site operations to highlight potential supply deficits and shape resilience strategies.

We quantified potential loss and growth headroom by region using scenario-based water availability (climate pathways, augmentation, and efficiency tiers), mapping basin and service-provider risk to exposure across mining and agriculture portfolios. The project led to a Phase Two, focused on translating these findings into actionable lending policies and a time-phased resilience investment plan with KPIs for measurable risk reduction.

We have been contracted by AfriGIS to co-develop Resolve Water, a geospatial intelligence platform that turns basin and utility risk into board-ready actions. Enabling corporates and financiers to spot hotspots, quantify impact, and invest with confidence.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, we led the strategy workstream for water security across 13 South African plants, integrating catchment risk, service-provider reliability, and site operations to produce prioritized roadmaps to safeguard production.
